薛文平，江苏淮安人，博士、副教授、硕士生导师。2014年3月浙澳门新浦京棋牌学控制科学与工程专业博士毕业。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等科研项目多项；发表SCI/EI论文20余篇；授权国家发明专利6项。2018年入选澳门新浦京棋牌“青年英才培育计划”优秀青年骨干教师。《Energy》、《Sustainable Cities and Society》、《Energy and Buildings》等期刊审稿人。
